Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to deliver measurable business outcomes and enhance user experience
- Lead customer projects from implementation to post-launch adoption, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders to drive account growth
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Management Consulting, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in the revenue process and hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Proven experience managing and growing enterprise-level SaaS clients with complex structures
- Ability to navigate customer organizations and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability to develop and execute adoption strategies to drive technology utilization
