Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 30-40 Enterprise customers, building strong relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins and technical health checks to align solutions with customer needs
- Develop strategic account plans and identify expansion opportunities based on customer requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Post Sales / Customer Success / Solution Architecture
- Strong technical aptitude, preferably in cybersecurity or identity solutions
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to manage executive relationships
- Experience managing customers with 6-figure+ ARR contracts
- Knowledge in Networking and Information Security, with familiarity in Linux and Windows environments
