Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a customer advocate and ensure Service Level Agreements are met
- Coordinate Managed Services contract renewals and grow existing contract values
- Lead onboarding activities for new customers and drive process improvements for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant IT Service Account Management experience
- Good understanding of IT Service Management processes and IT Project Management principles
- ITIL Foundation Certification desired; PMI Project Management Professional certification is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable communicating with C-level customer stakeholders
