Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a customer advocate and ensure Service Level Agreements are met
  • Coordinate Managed Services contract renewals and grow existing contract values
  • Lead onboarding activities for new customers and drive process improvements for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant IT Service Account Management experience
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management processes and IT Project Management principles
  • ITIL Foundation Certification desired; PMI Project Management Professional certification is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable communicating with C-level customer stakeholders
