Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Account Manager (Remote-US).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving platform adoption and ensuring business value
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and present ROI analyses to align customer goals with their digital transformation strategy
- Manage the renewal cycle and identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management within the software industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer relationships
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology
- Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
