Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer success and engagement in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of high-value mid-market accounts, driving Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) through customer satisfaction and expansion opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance and support for solution implementation and ongoing product adoption
  • Oversee planning and execution of client GRC transformation programs, collaborating with internal teams to align project outcomes with customer goals
Key requirements of the role:
  • 6-10 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or project management focused on mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-phase digital transformation projects
  • In-depth understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks with hands-on experience in large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex initiatives
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software
