Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic partner for its largest customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers as the primary contact post-sale
  • Ensure successful onboarding and drive product adoption through collaboration and training
  • Act as a customer advocate, managing renewal processes and identifying upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a B2B customer-facing role in Customer Success
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks and lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Experience with HubSpot and ChurnZero or similar Customer Success software
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
