Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction and retention among enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers throughout the HealthSnap Customer Journey, from implementation to growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving adoption and delivering value from the platform
  • Leverage customer data to provide actionable insights that enhance engagement and retention
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Customer Success Management/Account Management experience in a healthcare setting, with SaaS experience preferred
  • Expertise in healthcare industry domains such as revenue cycle management or electronic medical records
  • Experience working with executive leadership in healthcare systems
  • High proficiency in CRM and modern SaaS Customer Success tools
  • Data-driven strategic thinker with experience in analyzing information to drive customer engagement
