Job Summary

A company is looking for an ECSM Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers supporting Named Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer outcome achievement across a strategic enterprise portfolio and ensure measurable success
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior Enterprise Customer Success Managers, focusing on performance and capability progression
  • Drive operational rigor and partner cross-functionally to enhance customer outcomes and delivery models
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing function
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading senior individual contributors
  • Proven ability to coach teams toward outcome- and value-based customer engagements
  • Strong business acumen with experience measuring success through data and customer value signals
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and change in a complex, matrixed environment
