Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own customer outcome achievement across a strategic enterprise portfolio and ensure measurable success
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior Enterprise Customer Success Managers, focusing on performance and capability progression
- Drive operational rigor and partner cross-functionally to enhance customer outcomes and delivery models
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing function
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading senior individual contributors
- Proven ability to coach teams toward outcome- and value-based customer engagements
- Strong business acumen with experience measuring success through data and customer value signals
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and change in a complex, matrixed environment
