Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
- 1-2+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers in a CSM role
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; Gainsight is a plus
- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
