Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • 1-2+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers in a CSM role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; Gainsight is a plus
  • Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
