Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers focused on the post-sales customer experience
  • Coach the team on presenting performance results and ensure achievement of customer retention and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and tools supporting customer success initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of management experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
  • Proven ability to develop successful customer success management teams through leadership and motivation
  • Experience in managing the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
