Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers focused on the post-sales customer experience
- Coach the team on presenting performance results and ensure achievement of customer retention and revenue targets
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and tools supporting customer success initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of management experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Proven ability to develop successful customer success management teams through leadership and motivation
- Experience in managing the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
