Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to various products and support processes
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers and decision-makers across industries
  • Manage a customer portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT-related projects, particularly in Linux OS, cloud computing, or networking
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to discuss complex software solutions
  • Experience in improving internal processes for timely project delivery
  • Team player with the ability to interact across all departments and levels
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and proficiency in English, with additional languages like Spanish and Portuguese being a plus
