Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and introduce them to various products and support processes
- Coordinate complex projects with developers and decision-makers across industries
- Manage a customer portfolio, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT-related projects, particularly in Linux OS, cloud computing, or networking
- Strong presentation skills and ability to discuss complex software solutions
- Experience in improving internal processes for timely project delivery
- Team player with the ability to interact across all departments and levels
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and proficiency in English, with additional languages like Spanish and Portuguese being a plus
