Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in the fitness industry is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience with enterprise or multi-location accounts
  • Technical experience with API documentation and data warehousing
  • Strong upselling and relationship-building skills
