Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
- 3+ years of experience in the fitness industry is strongly preferred
- Proven experience with enterprise or multi-location accounts
- Technical experience with API documentation and data warehousing
- Strong upselling and relationship-building skills
