Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience with complex or strategic accounts in a SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with productivity tools
- Ability to lead initiatives and mentor peers within a customer-facing team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
