Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience with complex or strategic accounts in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with productivity tools
  • Ability to lead initiatives and mentor peers within a customer-facing team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
