Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption of the AI search platform
- Lead onboarding engagements and ensure smooth integration and value realization across customer projects
- Proactively monitor customer health and usage metrics to identify churn risk and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Implementation Consultant, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience working with technical users of developer tools or AI/LLM-based platforms
- Strong commercial instincts and experience managing renewal cycles and using CRM tools
- Deep empathy for customer outcomes and a passion for helping users maximize technology value
- Self-driven with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
