Job Summary

Driving long-term adoption and revenue growth for enterprise-level dispensaries, the remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager will act as a strategic advisor, optimizing partner engagement and ensuring successful platform utilization.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, crafting tailored engagement strategies to align with their business goals
  • Provide operational consultation by leveraging knowledge of dispensary workflows to optimize platform use and address logistical challenges
  • Conduct high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and identify growth opportunities for partners
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting within the B2B SaaS space
  • Proven track record of managing an ARR book of business exceeding $500,000
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for consultative recommendations
  • Exceptional conflict-resolution skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
