Job Summary
Acting as a strategic partner for enterprise customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by managing onboarding, driving product adoption, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, acting as the primary contact post-sale
- Drive product adoption and utilization by aligning product capabilities with customer business objectives
- Own the customer renewal process, proactively identifying risks and ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks and lifecycle management
- Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion
- Experience with HubSpot and ChurnZero or similar Customer Success software
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
