Job Summary
As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, the full-time remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager will guide clients through onboarding and adoption of a generative AI search optimization software, ensuring they achieve maximum value and satisfaction from the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for 10-20 enterprise clients, helping them maximize the impact of the software solution
- Translate platform data into tailored strategic recommendations to drive improvements in visibility and optimization
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions to enhance content visibility and AI-discovery performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in a marketing-focused SaaS environment
- Experience building processes and systems in early-stage teams
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for research and analysis
- Proven ability to manage a strategic enterprise book of business
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across product, sales, and marketing teams
