Job Summary
Working remotely in the US, the full-time Enterprise Customer Success Manager will partner with public sector clients to enhance their operational efficiency and safety using IoT solutions, while managing customer relationships and driving long-term success.
Key responsibilities
- Compose joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives and metrics to achieve business value
- Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend workflow changes for optimal product use
- Orchestrate executive business reviews to assess past successes and align on future goals
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
- Experience supporting or working with technical products
- Proven track record of building trust and effective communication with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
