Job Summary
Owning the post-sale experience for a focused portfolio of Enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, conduct regular business reviews, and drive renewal and expansion outcomes while building strong relationships with decision-makers in complex construction companies.
Key responsibilities
- Drive strong renewal and expansion outcomes through proactive engagement with SC Enterprise accounts
- Lead comprehensive onboarding experiences and ensure full adoption across customer organizations
- Conduct regular Implementation Reviews and QBRs to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- Experience as a PM or PE at a commercial Specialty Contractor
- Familiarity with change order request processes
- Strong relationship-building skills with executives and field teams
- Analytical instincts for reading dashboards and analyzing data
- High ownership and proactivity in monitoring account health signals
