Job Summary
To support customer retention and loyalty, the full-time Enterprise Customer Success Manager will develop relationships with clients, onboard new users, and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure customers maximize their use of the platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Enterprise customers derive maximum value from their subscription investment
- Onboard new clients and provide product training tailored to client-specific use cases
- Partner with Enterprise Account Managers to support client renewal and ongoing satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in recruitment, customer success, account management, or SaaS training
- Solid business acumen and familiarity with the SaaS model preferred
- Knowledge of web-based technologies and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
