Job Summary
Leading a high-energy Enterprise Customer Success team, the full-time remote Manager of Enterprise Customer Success will drive team production, manage expansion initiatives, and elevate executive business reviews while focusing on retention and upsell opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive team production by managing daily, weekly, and quarterly retention and growth metrics
- Own the expansion motion by coaching CSMs on identifying and securing upsell opportunities
- Mitigate churn by acting as the escalation point for critical account issues and assisting with contract negotiations
Required qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an Enterprise leadership or management role within a B2B environment
- Proven background in a B2B SaaS subscription model
- Technical expertise with the ability to learn multi-product ecosystems quickly
- Experience tracking and driving outcomes across retention and expansion metrics
- Exceptional communication skills and a high-energy, curious nature
