Job Summary

Managing and growing relationships with enterprise accounts, the full-time salaried Enterprise Customer Success Manager will serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, driving customer retention, expansion, and product adoption in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage strategic customer relationships and drive executive business reviews
  • Oversee retention, renewal management, and expansion growth initiatives

Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management within a SaaS environment
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts with executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of driving customer retention and expansion revenue
  • Experience leading executive business reviews and presenting to senior leadership
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms
