Job Summary
Managing and growing relationships with enterprise accounts, the full-time salaried Enterprise Customer Success Manager will serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, driving customer retention, expansion, and product adoption in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage strategic customer relationships and drive executive business reviews
- Oversee retention, renewal management, and expansion growth initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers achieve their business objectives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management within a SaaS environment
- Proven success managing enterprise accounts with executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of driving customer retention and expansion revenue
- Experience leading executive business reviews and presenting to senior leadership
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms
