Job Summary
Owning and nurturing relationships with enterprise-sized customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, driving measurable business outcomes and managing a portfolio of accounts representing approximately $2.5M in ARR.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer relationship for 50-70 enterprise accounts, developing success plans aligned with business objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews to articulate value, product utilization, and identify adoption gaps
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans while maintaining accurate renewal forecasting and account health documentation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, or Sales within a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of 95%+ gross retention and net expansion in enterprise segments
- Experience navigating complex organizations with extended sales and renewal cycles
- Financial fluency, including P&L discussions and building executive-level business cases
- Proficiency with CS platforms (ChurnZero), CRM (Salesforce), and BI tools
