Job Summary

Guiding enterprise customers through their security and compliance journeys, the full-time salaried Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, implementation, and product adoption while working remotely in the Central or East regions of the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead post-sales activities for enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding and product adoption
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities within the customer base
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and provide professional advice on security best practices
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS company managing enterprise customers
  • Proven track record in onboarding, implementation, and customer retention
  • Technical competency to understand Vanta's software and engage with technical customers
  • Experience working with C-level executives and building strong relationships
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship
