Job Summary
Seeking a high-energy and collaborative Enterprise Customer Success Manager, this full-time role will manage all stages of customer relationships, provide expert support to clients, and engage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementations in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships through implementation, insight presentations, and issue management
- Provide consultative support to clients, ensuring successful outcomes and account growth
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team and Solution Engineers to guide clients through implementations
Required qualifications
- Experience leading customer projects in a consulting firm with strong analytic skills
- MBA or relevant Master's degree in business, technology, or engineering preferred
- Previous Customer Success experience in an enterprise or SaaS environment is a plus
- Strong project/program management skills with technical acumen
- Working knowledge of biometrics or identity software is ideal
