Job Summary
As a full-time remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager, the successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and value realization while collaborating with internal teams to drive product utilization and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers as their primary post-sale contact
- Drive product utilization by aligning capabilities with customer goals and conducting strategic reviews
- Own renewals by monitoring customer health metrics and maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B Customer Success with a proven track record in adoption, retention, and expansion
- Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks and subscription renewal processes
- Experience with HubSpot, ChurnZero, or similar customer success platforms
- Excellent relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a willingness to engage with technical product details
