Job Summary
To support customer retention and satisfaction, the full-time Enterprise Customer Success Manager will develop client relationships, onboard new customers, and collaborate with Account Managers to maximize the value of the platform in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Enterprise customers derive maximum value from their subscription investment
- Onboard new clients and provide product training based on specific use cases and objectives
- Partner with Enterprise Account Managers to support client renewal and retention efforts
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in recruitment, customer success, account management, or SaaS training
- Solid business acumen and experience with the SaaS model preferred
- Knowledge of web-based technologies and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
