Job Summary

To support customer retention and satisfaction, the full-time Enterprise Customer Success Manager will develop client relationships, onboard new customers, and collaborate with Account Managers to maximize the value of the platform in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure Enterprise customers derive maximum value from their subscription investment
  • Onboard new clients and provide product training based on specific use cases and objectives
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Managers to support client renewal and retention efforts
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in recruitment, customer success, account management, or SaaS training
  • Solid business acumen and experience with the SaaS model preferred
  • Knowledge of web-based technologies and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
