Job Summary

Focusing on customer engagement and retention, the full-time remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, guiding them through onboarding and adoption of MariaDB and GridGain solutions, while serving as a trusted advisor to maximize their investment and success.

Key responsibilities
  • Support customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring effective onboarding, adoption, and retention
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain ongoing communication to understand customer goals and provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively address customer issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and success
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles within enterprise software
  • 1-2 years of technical experience in IT support roles preferred
  • Strong understanding of MariaDB and GridGain features and architecture
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer success principles and strategies
