Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time Enterprise Customer Success Manager will ensure customer retention and satisfaction while building strategic relationships and driving product adoption in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships to increase adoption, retention, and showcase product value
  • Drive customer interactions across the lifecycle and deliver business reviews to assess progress and trends
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve support issues and develop up-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions across various market verticals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to establish strong relationships and work independently in a remote environment
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast revenue and exceed quotas
