Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of clients, the full-time Enterprise Customer Success Manager will ensure customer retention and satisfaction while building strategic relationships and driving product adoption in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships to increase adoption, retention, and showcase product value
- Drive customer interactions across the lifecycle and deliver business reviews to assess progress and trends
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve support issues and develop up-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience in a quota-carrying role
- Experience selling SaaS solutions across various market verticals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and experience with Salesforce preferred
- Ability to establish strong relationships and work independently in a remote environment
- Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast revenue and exceed quotas
