Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish business partnerships with Enterprise customers and act as their main point-of-contact
- Create and develop account strategies to ensure long-term retention and growth
- Leverage industry best practices and analytic insights to identify opportunities and improvement areas for customers
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in customer success or customer-facing role at a B2B technology or management consulting company
- Proven ability to maintain highly valued and outcome-based partnerships with a customer base
- Experience and comfort rapidly working with large data sets, conducting analysis, and presenting business insights
- Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail
- Passion for sustainability, food waste reduction, and innovative technology and analytic solutions
