Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and train Enterprise clients on software, develop customized training programs
  • Regularly meet and communicate with clients to ensure needs are met and maximize software usage
  • Manage client accounts, offer tailored solutions, provide support, and improve client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • JD Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in legal technology or SaaS customer-facing role with Enterprise clients
  • Interest in learning new technology and the law
  • Personable, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to work in a remote, cross-functional team
