Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with enterprise customers, acting as a strategic advisor and helping them achieve their business outcomes
- Handle renewal negotiations, upsell qualification, and account management needs
- Project manage internal, cross-functional customer projects and provide feedback to shape the product roadmap
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Past experience with full-cycle renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
- Strong coaching skills, technical aptitude, and territory management skills
- Experience in SaaS, preferably in early to mid-stage startups
- Comfortable working with CxOs and managing a sales process
