Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with enterprise customers, acting as a strategic advisor and helping them achieve their business outcomes
  • Handle renewal negotiations, upsell qualification, and account management needs
  • Project manage internal, cross-functional customer projects and provide feedback to shape the product roadmap
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
  • Past experience with full-cycle renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Strong coaching skills, technical aptitude, and territory management skills
  • Experience in SaaS, preferably in early to mid-stage startups
  • Comfortable working with CxOs and managing a sales process
