Job Summary

  • Partner with implementation team to ensure successful onboarding experience and product adoption
  • Proactively optimize customers' use of the platform as their business and talent objectives change
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance clients' needs and company objectives
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable work environment
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, Google Workspace Tools, and/or other SaaS tools
  • Experience in HR or related fields
