Job Summary

- Proactively manage a portfolio of Enterprise & mid-market customers
- Identify and close opportunities for growth
- Identify and work cross-functionality to remediate clients at risk
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a client-facing/account management role
- Business savvy with a consultative, problem-solving, approach
- Proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding customer success goals
- Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight (or similar systems)
- Prior experience in SaaS, multifamily, or PropTech
