Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of Enterprise & mid-market customers
  • Identify and close opportunities for growth
  • Identify and work cross-functionality to remediate clients at risk
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a client-facing/account management role
  • Business savvy with a consultative, problem-solving, approach
  • Proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding customer success goals
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight (or similar systems)
  • Prior experience in SaaS, multifamily, or PropTech
