Job Summary
Leading the Enterprise Data and Analytics Platform organization, the full-time hybrid Enterprise Data Analytics Leader will define and execute the vision and strategy for enterprise data platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and organizational leadership for the Enterprise Data and Analytics Platform organization
- Define and execute the vision, architecture, and roadmap for enterprise data and analytics platforms
- Drive the adoption of scalable, secure, and governed data capabilities that support advanced analytics and AI solutions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data, analytics, or platform engineering
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and technical teams
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale data platforms and cloud-based data ecosystems
- Deep knowledge of modern data architectures and AI/ML enablement technologies
- Experience with cloud data platforms, including Databricks, Microsoft Azure, or AWS
