Enterprise Data Architect

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise data architecture vision, the full-time remote Enterprise Data Architect will design and implement scalable data solutions, oversee the Enterprise Data Warehouse, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the architecture, implementation, and delivery of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and related data products
• Translate business requirements into scalable data architecture and actionable technical plans while enforcing data standards and governance
• Collaborate with IT teams and functional partners to ensure seamless integration and effective communication of technical concepts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle), ETL or middleware software, and data modeling tools
• Strong understanding of MDM technologies and experience in processing large volumes of data
• Experience with version control software such as TFS, CVS, or GIT
• Prior experience delivering BI/DW solutions in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
