Enterprise Data Strategy Manager
Job Summary
Acting as the primary liaison between technical data teams and business leadership, the full-time remote Enterprise Data Strategy Manager will manage the organization's data strategy, oversee analytics reporting solutions, and drive training initiatives to enhance data literacy across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the enterprise reporting and analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Translate complex data capabilities into actionable business strategies and recommendations for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain the training strategy for data and analytics tools, including documentation and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field with client-facing work
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear business strategies for non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience with modern BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and report/dashboard design
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience in leading discovery and review sessions
