Enterprise Data Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Data Team Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of their data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, design, and evolution of the enterprise data platform in Azure
• Lead development and optimization of the data warehouse and data pipelines
• Act as Scrum Master for the data team, facilitating agile processes and mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering and data platform leadership
• Deep expertise in the Azure data ecosystem (Fabric, Databricks, Data Factory, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AI development (OpenAI, Azure AI services)
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Scrum Master experience preferred)
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
