Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Enterprise Deal Director to drive growth through complex financial contracts and customer negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and negotiate innovative fiscal and commercial contractual solutions to enhance revenue and margin growth
- Collaborate with various teams to meet ACV and ARR goals through strategic engagements
- Make decisions on concessions to close deals while minimizing risk and maximizing profitability
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct sales experience with commercial enterprise customers
- Extensive experience in contracts and negotiations for significant annual spends
- Experience with RFPs and software negotiations for contracts exceeding $100M
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling tools
- Deep understanding of pricing, economics, and GAAP/Non-GAAP accounting
