Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Enterprise Deal Director to drive growth through complex financial contracts and customer negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and negotiate innovative fiscal and commercial contractual solutions to enhance revenue and margin growth
  • Collaborate with various teams to meet ACV and ARR goals through strategic engagements
  • Make decisions on concessions to close deals while minimizing risk and maximizing profitability
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of direct sales experience with commercial enterprise customers
  • Extensive experience in contracts and negotiations for significant annual spends
  • Experience with RFPs and software negotiations for contracts exceeding $100M
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling tools
  • Deep understanding of pricing, economics, and GAAP/Non-GAAP accounting
