Enterprise Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Delivery Manager to lead agile delivery practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and guide Scrum Masters to enhance team performance and agile practices
• Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks affecting team flow and delivery
• Develop delivery metrics and provide insights through regular reporting and retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced coursework in relevant fields preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in technology delivery roles, including 3+ years in agile leadership
• Experience with enterprise-scale agile transformations or frameworks like SAFe or LeSS
• Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a proven ability to influence across all levels
