Job Summary

To accelerate pipeline creation and account engagement, the full-time remote Enterprise Demand Generation Manager will manage growth marketing programs, optimize initiatives across various channels, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth in the enterprise segment.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute marketing programs that align with enterprise revenue goals
  • Lead measurement and optimization of marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, and account-based campaigns
  • Oversee buyer-stage nurture strategies, including automated flows and personalized pathways for enterprise personas
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or ABM in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels and experience improving performance through audience and creative alignment
  • Proficient in HubSpot for building workflows, reporting dashboards, and managing lifecycle and nurture programs
  • Data-literate with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights for sales and leadership
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively
