Enterprise Demand Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Demand and Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction and oversight of enterprise-wide demand management and governance initiatives
• Lead and mentor a diverse team within the Enterprise Portfolio Management group
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and align enterprise-wide demand with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, or related discipline
• Five (5) years of experience in portfolio and/or program management
• Knowledge of portfolio management processes, tooling, and governance frameworks
• Proven ability to lead transformational change programs
• Experience working with executive leadership
