Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Desktop Administrator for a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise desktop configurations, global group policy, and software suites
- Create, deploy, and manage images for Windows, MacOS, and Linux workstations
- Automate endpoint security patching, troubleshoot technology issues, and collaborate with IT teams
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma and at least five years of relevant technical experience
- Extensive knowledge in Windows desktop provisioning and MECM management
- Proficiency in PowerShell, scripting, and workstation imaging on Windows and Linux platforms
- Experience with MacOS, technical documentation writing, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, handle complex situations, and maintain cooperative working relationships
