Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Development Representative for Key Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to high-value healthcare accounts and execute outbound strategies
- Design and implement outbound and nurture programs while analyzing performance and refining messaging
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to establish qualification criteria and streamline processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline
- Experience in mentoring peers or leading initiatives
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM workflows, particularly Salesforce and Outreach
- Strong planning skills and ability to evaluate KPIs
