Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Development Representative for Key Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to high-value healthcare accounts and execute outbound strategies
  • Design and implement outbound and nurture programs while analyzing performance and refining messaging
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to establish qualification criteria and streamline processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline
  • Experience in mentoring peers or leading initiatives
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM workflows, particularly Salesforce and Outreach
  • Strong planning skills and ability to evaluate KPIs
