Job Summary

To ensure customer success from day one, the full-time remote Enterprise Education Specialist will lead onboarding, deliver engaging education sessions, and provide high-quality webinar support for Wealthbox customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, conducting discovery sessions to facilitate smooth transitions
  • Translate client workflows into efficient processes within Wealthbox by customizing the platform and building tailored templates
  • Design and deliver live and recorded education sessions, and assist in planning and executing customer-facing webinars
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, education, or onboarding role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining software concepts to diverse technical backgrounds
  • Experience facilitating both one-on-one onboarding sessions and larger group webinars
  • Familiarity with CRM software or financial services technology is a plus
  • AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance customer education and workflow efficiency
