Enterprise Engagement Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Enterprise Privacy & Security Risk Management, the full-time remote Enterprise Engagement Lead Analyst will analyze regulatory requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and deliver executive-ready outputs to enhance compliance and decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret federal/state laws and regulations to identify operational impacts and maintain awareness of regulatory changes
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured obligations aligned with enterprise frameworks, developing requirement inventories and traceability artifacts
• Deliver risk-informed insights and recommendations to stakeholders, while developing executive-ready communications to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, Legal/Paralegal Studies, or related field; Master's Degree or Juris Doctor preferred
• 5+ years of experience in privacy, security, compliance, or risk management
• 5+ years of experience analyzing regulatory, legislative, or contractual requirements
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries
• Experience with healthcare regulatory frameworks and producing executive-ready communications preferred
