Enterprise Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Engagement Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery and adoption of AI solutions across enterprise accounts, from post-POC rollout through expansion
• Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable project plans and ensure execution at scale
• Orchestrate stakeholders and manage alignment across business, IT, and data teams within large organizations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Technical Account Manager
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, ideally involving AI, data, or SaaS platforms
• Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to deliver under tight timelines
• Business-technical fluency to communicate effectively between executives, engineers, and users
• Experience with AI, automation, or data-driven enterprise transformations is a plus
