Enterprise Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery and adoption of AI solutions for enterprise clients, the remote Enterprise Engagement Manager will coordinate complex projects, partner with product teams, and drive measurable business impact across large organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery and adoption of AI solutions from post-POC rollout through expansion
• Partner with Product Managers to create actionable project plans based on customer needs
• Orchestrate stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and data teams within large enterprises

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager or Engagement Manager
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, ideally involving AI or SaaS platforms
• Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to deliver under tight timelines
• Business-technical fluency to communicate effectively between executives, engineers, and users
• Excellent relationship-building skills in English; Hebrew is a plus
