Enterprise Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery and success of AI solutions for enterprise clients, the remote Enterprise Engagement Manager will coordinate complex projects, partner with product teams, and drive customer adoption and expansion efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery and adoption of AI solutions across enterprise accounts, ensuring smooth rollout and expansion
• Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable project plans and execute at scale
• Orchestrate stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and data teams within large organizations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Technical Account Manager
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, ideally involving AI or SaaS platforms
• Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to deliver under tight timelines
• Business-technical fluency to effectively communicate between executives, engineers, and users
• Excellent relationship-building skills in English; Hebrew is a plus
