Enterprise Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery and adoption of AI solutions for enterprise clients, the full-time remote Enterprise Engagement Manager will coordinate complex projects, partner with product managers, and ensure successful implementation across large organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery and adoption of AI solutions from post-POC rollout through expansion
• Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable project plans
• Orchestrate stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and data teams within large organizations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Technical Account Manager
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, ideally involving AI or SaaS platforms
• Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to deliver under tight timelines
• Business-technical fluency to communicate effectively between executives, engineers, and users
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English
